Details of research projects were undertaken

  • Extraction of milk clotting enzyme from kesinal plant leaves extract to produce the Cheddar cheese.
  • Study on processing, preservation, keeping quality and sensory evaluation of   milk and meat products
  • Animal Reproduction techniques - interrelation among environmental factors at insemination with cow parameters, hormonal profile and conception Rate in Water Buffalo and effect of cooling treatment, semen evaluation of cattle and buffalo
  • Technical assistant in the Ministry of health in the plantation sector in the research of Anaemia status among the up country tea estate people and remedy of this status among them.
  • Studies of the "Incidence of Sub clinical mastitis in cattle in the dry zone and mid country
